What we do with what you send us.

When you ask for a shortlist or the buyer guide, we keep the details you typed: your name, your email address, and your answers about how you plan to use a house, where, and at what budget. They go into the client records of The Kalman Co., the Nantucket brokerage behind Own Nantucket, and they are used for one thing: answering you.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a drip list. You will get the email you asked for. If someone from the team follows up, it is a person writing to you, and a reply of “no thanks” ends it.

The site itself sets no advertising cookies. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, and the fonts are served by Google Fonts.
